how can i get my new horse to stop chewing the fences and barn doors, walls etc.? he is turned out with 2 others, has free roam of pastures, paddocks and stalls. i fed Quit for 2 weeks. (recommended 7 days or money back, guaranteed to work) didn’t work. he has a mineral brick in stall, within 3 weeks, chewed or licked it down to half. i replaced it with a large salt block in his stall but he hasn’t touched it in the 3 days it’s been in his stall. i’m boarding and the owner is getting concerned about him chewing the barn down. i’m still feeding the Quit. is there anything i can do to stop this chewing? i can’t ride as much since it gets dark so early and the weather doesn’t always co-operate on my days off.
